The Good Neighbour Scheme

Lunch Club (Thursdays, 12noon)

The Good Neighbours Scheme enables volunteers to provide neighbourly support to older and disabled people living in Mill Hill, Burnt Oak and the John Keble parish in Barnet.

The Thursday Lunch Club that takes place in the Parish Hall, is an initiative of The Good Neighbour Scheme for Mill Hill and Burnt Oak.

Four:12 is a youth and young adults' initiative. The aim is to provide opportunities for young adults to socialize, have fun and get involved in activities such as days out, fund raising, CV boosters and organising events for the parish and wider community. We also branch out to the younger members of the local community by arranging activities and projects for them to join in with.

The name of the group is inspired by the Bible passage 1 Timothy 4:12 "Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity".

We are always on the lookout for new members to help out and suggest activities/projects for us to get involved in so why not get in touch or come along to one of our events to find out more?
